NO STRESS is the stress factor.....the thing is you want as LESS stress as possible. As for the nutes.....well, Im no chemist but I can break it down like this.

During cycles of the plants life, they thrive on certain balances of nutrients...say its in veg., you would want a high nitrogen (N), low phosphate (PH), and high potash (K2O). During flower, you would want a low (N) high (PH) and low (K2O). This would be a good nutrient soulution for a plants life to keep the stress down.

Now, I am NO pro at this, and am meerly learning, but in my experiences with growing this is what rings true. Some people, Im sure would argue with me, but I stick to what works for ME, and I have grown some very nice indoor cannabis, and Im in the middle-to-last stages of my first outdoor grow(which by the way is flourishing and guinormous at 7'2", and 4' across....Im not bragging, Im proud!!!). So, I hope this helps and happy growing-emtpockets
