IntrepidS Reviewed by IntrepidS on 09-02-2005. what the hell is wrong with humanity? yes, I know there's been a good deal of hurricane threads, but damn! after watching cnn and bctv news, I can't believe how dispicable people are in these situations, you'd think somewhere people would pull together and help each other. instead, I hear that the number of rapes in new orleanes has skyrocketed. apparently mass flooding and death just gets the juices flowing in some people :rolleyes: . but not just that, the gangs have pretty much taken over, they just interviewed a group of Rating: 5

I can understand looting food, dipers, survival stuff, but if you don't have a home what the hell do you need with a t-v the size of a car. some of the suff they take is just stupid and greed. funny how some people act to tragedy. They take it as open season on any thing they can grab.

I'm in no way defending these people, but if you lost everything you own, and you had the option to steal a tv worth thousands of dollars, i'm pretty sure you'd steal one.

He lives in canada and obviously doesnt care about any country except Canada most especially America, so by saying Country A doesnt care about Country C and living within Country C and 'attacking' Country A he has indeed contradicted himself. I was out having a smoke and I thought of only one simple way of putting it and if you dont get it oh well might as well give it a shot. basically the reason the statement is redundant/contradictory is because it is disctimination against discrimination. whatever doesnt matter still doesnt make sense but oh well the world is filled with life and with life comes conflict.

I can understand stealing food, I mean how can you pay if the shops are closed and no ATMs to get your money out? But stealing TVs, furniture, and one woman on TV said even babies were raped (bbc news website video footage), is just crazy. I wouldn't describe the situation as anarchy, but chaotic.
