I need help with my plant immediately!!!

My plant is about 4 inches with 4 leave sets. the prolem is that it seems to be dying. Its leaning downwarn and it seem to be a problem with the stem. The leaves even seem to be curling but there is no discoloration. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just incase it is nessisary the plant is about a month old.

I forgot to mention that the leaves are all at the top of the plant

Take it out the pot u have it in put it in a bigger one with fresh compost and water it it should perke up in a couple of days

Maybe u can try leeching the soil
