dude when you build a costal city below sea level surrounded by a river and a big fucking lake...bad things are going to happen...it just amazes me that this hasnt happened sooner. as much as i hate bush, he couldnt of prevented this. this state was too busy promoting mardi gras rather than worrying about fixing their ghetto levees. murphys law buddy.
