I'm not just saying this because I don't like the guy, but Bush and his lackies have failed to do anything effective. Even the help that is being provided is too little too late. I wish I had the money to go over to New Orleans or somewhere to help, but I don't.. and I don't even know if it would be safe to.

it would not be safe to roam downtown new orleans.
