    ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!!

I realize that they bulk of the people left behind were the poor. And I more than agree with you that the lack of planning is inexcusable (I donâ??t give a fuck whose fault it isâ?¦The mayor on up failedâ?¦..period.)

The total break down and loss of the human spirtâ?¦..is what angers me in such a way that makes me unable to even express it.

I want to see/ hear the story that will restore my faith in mankindâ?¦.in the fact that the goodness of man will always triumph over his evil.

    I havenâ??t seen that story yetâ?¦.

There are babies in LA and MS that need diapers, food, water, clothing and we're here bitching about Bush. He's doing the best he can right now. Fine they took too long after knowing for days that this was going to happen, but now help is coming and now it's our part. What are we going to do to help? What can we as Cannabis.com members do to make sure that this shit doesn't happen again? How can we help? Some of us don't have any money Rating: 5

Most of the people didn't have the means to leave. Even if they walked 80 miles, it's a bunch of refugees running around. Either way these people would've needed food, water, and shelter. That's why it's the government's role to help these people who don't have the resources to evacuate. Not everyone has a car and money on their lap. Shit.

Some people are so goddamn self-serving.

i know right, instead of the mayor letting his corrupt cronies bored the bus before the poor people,he showed his true colors.

there were 36 shelters available around the city, the bus ran until the storm hit.the levees were up to date and werent built to handle a cat 4 hurricane.those people made a choice not to go to a shelter.people were having hurricane parties for gods sake.

Isn't that something that you should've been taught?

An evacuation of a city falls under federal jurisdiction. Isn't that why they take 30% of my check?

Oh that's right, you still get a refund son, why the fuck would a snob like you give a shit?

And to what extent do you prepare?
