Anyone associated with the government relief efforts should be relieved of their jobs as soon as possible. Their performance is below pitiful.

Question 2..

If you havent noticed...New Orleans is basically in anarchy atm. Blacks are looting everything not tied down. People are being murdered, raped. A Police officer was executed with a bullet to the head when he tried to stop looters. People are shooting at rescue choppers. Hell there was even some black police officers looting up a store.
And to answer question #1: Of course, he can't. But he could've started whatever the hell it is he is doing days earlier, instead of again wasting time in the face of disaster.

Question #2: It's not a "black" thing, numbnuts. It's a poor, desperate thing. People who did what they were told, when they were told, are now sitting out in the heat next to human waste and corpses with no food, no water, no shelter and empty promises of rescue. If it were up to me, each one of them would be allowed to smack the shit out of W., Chertoff and whoever the fuck "runs" - I use that word loosely - FEMA.

It didn't take this long for victims of the tsunami to get help and that was halfway around the fucking planet.
