However the poverty in New Orleans IS his fault. The fact that these people who have no home insure, no health insurance, basically NOTHING except the house they had..IS HIS fucking fault. The reason so many people in America today can't make it is Bush's fucking fault.

I am not saying Bush should have PERSONALLY saved those 11 people, but if they tell a fucking hospital that helicopters are on their way to rescue them, and that they should wait on the roof..they really should save them. I mean a freaking hospital of all places, where people are already probably having enough problems..then they wait to get rescued and die? It's fucked. I think a LOT more can be done.

Why isn't everyone saying "fuck the mayor of New Orleans or the governor or whomever is directly responsible for one single section of the country" as opposed to the whole world that Bush has to take on? Whoever says they will legalize pot gets my vote for president.

They do not have the resources. That is why the Fed govt allows States to seek Federal relief when stuff like this happens. As for fault, there was an interview of some old govt war horse (retired general) that was in charge of thinking things through before the Hurricane hit and he said well we really did not think it out that far. Given his apparent limited mind, he must be related to Bushie.

Did any of you see when Bushie first said he was going to send in Fed help (three days later), he looked like someone woke him up, told him that a Hurricane hit and pointed him to the podium. If it happened in Fla where his dopey brother is Gov and the place where he stole the first election, you bet your ass what is going on in the big easy would not be happening. Need proof, remeber the hurricanes last year in Fla? SUBSTANTIAL help arrived pretty quick.
