A brain freeze is when you drink something really cold too fast and your head aches and hurts for a minute. A weed freeze is when you smoke too much weed in one day and it gives you a headache that is one of the worst headaches you can get. Well I finally got one.....my first weed freeze and man does it hurt. I got it 2 days ago when I was at my boi's house. I already smoked around 7 blunts before I went to his crib.
