Do you guys have any guardian spirits to watch over you when you sleep? Even though you might have obes, it's allways good to have some spirit guides or guardians to watch over you and guide you through the spirit realms.

It was around midnight, I was trying to get to sleep. I start to doze off, and the next thing I know I'm looking out of my back screen door. As soon as I realize this, I feel this incredible force on my body. It's like a thousand hands are pulling on me, then passing me off to another thousand hands.
