http://www.ip2location.com/free.asp allows you to locate someones city, state, country...ect by ip adress...and it lets you use it 20 times...Kinda wierd...My Ip adress said something about being blocked, but other people whos ip adress i found on limewire and looked up showed mw where thery lived...

...that was with the ipconfig command from the cmd prompt...i got my real ip adress somewhere else...and it knew i lived in austin. Kinda sucks that anyone can do this too you for free...
