i can't think of any celebs off the top of my head that toke except for Woody Harrelson... b/c I know he does for sure. Not only did he narrate the amazing documentary "Grass" but some of my friends told me that these 2 guys I knew a little, met/smoked with only a few times met Woody in Amsterdam (the 2 guys were studying abroad in Europe) and smoked a J with him real quick. Just the fact that he'll toke with 2 regular guys he just met makes him cool in my book.
