laws regarding receiving marijuana in mail

if someone sends you some pot in mail (a couple of grams) from outside us, is there a way they can charge you. I read somewhere all they do is seize it in customs.
How about if it is sent from within us.?

Yea after they seize it at Customs..youll have a Cop knocking on the receiving address Door....well..more like a few cops busting your door down, as it would be a felony. If it is within the us, it will be only a state charge unless it was moved over state lines/shipped using the US Postal Service.

but how much has to be sent and wont the sender be charged as well?

If the sender is in the US or Extradiction Country, yes they would be charged. Any Ammount would get you arrested. But i doubt anyone would bother taking the chance sending you anything less than a oz
