maybe just cuz it was his first time. my friend tried it for the first time, i had him to the nose thing. we smoked 2 joints between three people and he smoked another half of one himself. he didn't feel anything.

One guy, who seemed cool enough said I didn't have anything to worry about, as if I was caught it would only be a $100 fine. I need to know if that's true. My second question is, he wants me to meet him today for lunch. I live in Orange County California.
