no no no...sunburn is what ya got! you shouldn't put indoor plants in the direct sunlight without giving them time to adjust. next time put them in the shade and gradually over 7-10 days move them into the direct sunlight. the damaged leaves will not recover but should last long enough for the plant to grow new ones before all the burned leaves totally die off. it'll take a few weeks for the plants to recover and if you really want to help them buy "Superthrive" or similar hormone stress reducer and follow directions. it's expensive (there are generic versions much cheaper) but is really handy to have around for transplants, probs such as your current one and good plant health in general.

also watch your water content...the 2nd pic looks like the soil is soaked...bad...bad...bad.
