u mite sound like a loser for doin this but, tell somebody in his family or summit, and try stop him before he becomes hooked, i know what scag heads are like, all the junkies in my town are dodgy fuks and no body wants to know them, and my town has the largest number of drug addicts per capital in the country(UK) apparently so i have lots of encounters with these fuk ups!
