Plant the seeds with the little sprout pointing down. Like the seed is at the top, and the sprout is pointing down into the dirt.

Hello D The pointy end of the sprout is what is going to be the root and the plant above ground is still in it's shell So if you plant the seed pointy end down it save's it having to turn it's self around so it can grow.
