Waiter: Ahem. Chowder. ["shaudere"]
Freddy: [raucous laughter] Shau-dere? Shau-dere? It's "chowder".
["chowdah"] Say it right!
Waiter: [pause] Chowder. ["shaudear"]
Freddy: [laugher] Come back here! I'm not through demeaning you.
