No idea what their address is. Try accessing your email account and then going to the 'Deleted Items' folder (it may be named something else, such as 'Trash', 'Trash Can', etc). This folder works the same as the 'Recycle Bin' on your Windows desktop (if you use Windows, that is). You should be able to move that email back in to your Inbox.
