Zinc and Magnesium b4 bed

latley ive been working out a lot and have been told to take magnesium and zinc for my body. well i take it b4 i go to bed and notice that this is some crazy ass shyt. it makes you have such elaborate and colorful dreams. u also sleep much deeper. seriouslt try it, i posted this in an exercise forum and many told me that this is normal and happens to almost any1 who does this. try it out. btw, i notice i never dream if i smoke b4 i go to bed or have been smoking for a while. when i take my monthly breaks of weed i start to remember my dreams.
