At the end of the Revolutionary War, many Loyalists were shipped up to our Northern Neighbors, where their views fit in better. I don't think that the founders of these United States were "whiners", and they would not think highly of a U.S. government administration that forces the citizens to permanently foot the bills, through taxation, for billions of condoms made of rubber that comes from Africa, lubricated with chemicals, "ribbed for HER pleasure", "hermetically sealed" for protection, and finally shipped back to Africa. In fact, I don't think that they'd like ANY type of condom be part of a scenario like this! It's not our responsibility and when, or if, YOU have to make sacrifices to pay extra taxes for crackpot ideas like this, then you might understand why we won't stand for it in the U.S. Weâ??re already overburdened with our own problems, like those in New Orleans.

P.S. I've got no beef with Canadians - we just have different systems, and views (sometimes). It makes for interesting comparisons, in a socialogical sense.
