These countries cannot function, to a large degree, because there is no ??family? system in their social stratum. The women have children by multiple men, and the men slack off and support none of them. The best way for these societies to improve would be by starting to put traditional patriarchal values into their young people??s heads ?? but that will get shot down by the wrong-headed ??feminists?, socialistic herd-followers, and multi-cultural proponents.
