It'll probably taste so bad because it'll be full of micro nasties, it'll need sterilising first and you'd need one of those bendy glass fellas to ensure it stays sterile, i forget what its called.

Don't seal it too tight or it will explode. In a couple of days to a week, you'll have alcoholic cider. I did it with orange juice, it foamed like crazy and smelled like shit, but apple juice shouldn't be a problem. I mixed prune juice and grape juice, Made it 2/21/05 and just opened it.
