The 16 hours of darkness for the last couple of days is really supposed to force her to kick out the THC and form crystals in a last ditch effort to save the flower.

Been doing some reading on it and some growers in Holland are even trying to keep the plants alive for up to two weeks in darkness at the end to measure the THC content increase.

Purportedly, they are having better luck at taking average THC % and making it much higher than high THC % plants in a proportional ratio.

I do feel 8 hours of light though for the final two days and then darkness for another or two is without doubt a way to increase THC content on your very own plant.

I guess it forces trichs to surface where there were none before.

Thats what i gonna do. I gonna steal a couple of pot plant pics off the web and find ones with few trichs on it..then I will see the updates and tell you how I imagined it done

Yes that one plant needs to be taken down. Odd indeed but seems she has ended her flower run.

Just drying on the vine now and the light is prolly degrading her THC.

I would take it down now.

Others are looking sweet and the time has come.

Find the owner of these plants and have he / she take pics close up like the ones above. Mark the exact same spot on the flower.

Tell the owner to give ONE MORE day of 8 hours of light then take pics, close ups of the exact same spots...and post again.

Let us get these as close to perfect as possible. Looks like right now about 5% - 8% are amber. Personally I like 25% amber...

And you like what..... %???

Also get the photographer to take a pic without the grow lights on using just the flash from the camera.

Give them 1 more day at 8 hours....

then repost pics from same spot.

60x-100x shack scope shows still alot of clear trichs

suggested put camera on close up and zoom in instead of closer.
should show more flash and better color balance.
steal those pics morrow.

wanted one to go longer, but rather use the same room.
