hmmm not really what i had in mind i guess...males will grow balls in clusters.. especially in the growing top... it's possible it's still to early... when you're looking this early it's very hard to tell..

the below is a pic of an early male in preflower. although it's blurry (sorry,shitty camera) you can see near the growing top the small cluster... usually it will start with one preflower.. this is where the confusion of male or female often comes in.. with females.. the single pods will form on different nodes..and on the secondary growth. whereas with a male.. there are usually clusters of balls visible well before the major secondary growth, as males.. flower usually 2-3 week prior to females.
