    Margarita Update- Picture Time!

She is still on an 18/6 lighting cycle. Should I start to flower soon and put her into 12/12 or what? After these pictures were taken my friend and I changed the resevoir, added the nutes and a small amount of hydrogen peroxide. Also, after changing the tank the roots spread out and weren't so tangled which I think might be helping it grow better.
Let me know what you guys think and leave comments/suggestions.
    Thanks
    Paul

You can switch to 12/12 whenever you want man. You have to look at your height restrictions and see when the best time to switch is. You have to remeber though, the plants size at the end of 18/6, will double, some triple in size by the time they are done flowering. Your plant looks mostly sativa, so it will most likely triple in height.

Your plant, from the pictures, is about, 5, 6inches tall? Around there. So if you were to switch to 12/12 now, the finishing height would be approx. 12-18inches in height. So if you have 5ft of height space, you would want to switch to 12/12 when your plant is around 2ft in height. Get it? Doesn't matter when you switch, although the smaller it is, obviously the yeild will be lower, but the potency will be there.

If I may make a suggestion though, I see your one CFL bulb hanging there is pointing downwards. If you can, try and mount it sideways, so light is coming from the sides of the bulbs rather than the bottom. It creates less heat, as heat travels upwards, and there is a 25% more light output from the sides rather from the bottom, and we all know more watts=bigger buds. Other that that, your plant looks in perfect health. Keep us updated, peace.
