I think you are possibly taking me a wee bit too literaly i.e. permenent trip.
Shall I say, perment visual disturbances?
Sorry if I sounded like an ass but I did understand HPPD to be more a visual perception problem than a "permanent trip" or psychosis as some would take it.

I have it, thus this post. I got it 8 yrs. ago & I'm still tripping!!!!!!!!!!! I was diagnosed by a specialist, if I hadn't been I'd probably never know what the hell is wrong with me.
