Hallucinogen perception persistance disorder In laymen's terms, it's when you trip out on L.S.D.( ONLY L.S.D. ) and never regain reality. So it basicaly being on a permenent trip. I have it, thus this post. I got it 8 yrs. ago & I'm still tripping!!!!!!!!!!! I was diagnosed by a specialist, if I hadn't been I'd probably never know what the hell is wrong with me.
