i like to smoke solo for the most part when i meditate, but i dont wanna have to worry about getting frisked if i take a little to my girls house.

They are not "frisking" commuters - so, unless you are transporting a very large amount, I don't think that they will find it in your pocket, or waist-pack. You could probably throw a half-pound or so in a paper bag under your arm, and not have much cause for worry about getting caught if that's the only package you have. But, I wouldn't want to find out that I'm wrong, lol, so I'd probably take my bicycle, a cab, bus, etc.

Anyway, possession in NYC for very small amounts of pot is not a very serious offense - just a fine, in the vast majority of cases. Its wrong, but not a life sentence.
Breukelen advocaat Reviewed by Breukelen advocaat on . Commuter Searches on the N.J. PATH System Several people have reported to my wife, and myself, that when they are selected for a random bag search on Jersey's Path system, they are admitted to the train for free. This is a nice gesture, and has dramatically cut down on passengers' annoyance. I am hoping that the NYC Metropolitan Transit Authority adopts this system as well, but am not banking on it happening anytime soon, LOL. Rating: 5
