My wife's coworker has been stopped for a bag check twice, and was allowed to enter the PATH for free both times.

So the PATH works like the subway then.

Nice, thats the first thing I have learned today.

I however on the LIRR, have weekly and monthy tickets and still receiveing the same threat bag searches.

Greetings from LI.

Peace.
Marlboroman Reviewed by Marlboroman on . Commuter Searches on the N.J. PATH System Several people have reported to my wife, and myself, that when they are selected for a random bag search on Jersey's Path system, they are admitted to the train for free. This is a nice gesture, and has dramatically cut down on passengers' annoyance. I am hoping that the NYC Metropolitan Transit Authority adopts this system as well, but am not banking on it happening anytime soon, LOL. Rating: 5
