open the avatar u have in MICROSOFT PAINT

AND THEN CLICK SAVE AS: Avartar.gif

then click enter and its now in GIF format

I DONT KNOW how to make them and when i go to get one put on cannibus.com tells me that the image is too large so i found one 100 x 100 pixels and now it tells me that its not a gif or bit file ... god give me a fucking break please.
