first; get a swisher brand cigarillo
then you gently split it open... all the way down starting from the booty... (use both thumbs and forefingers(pointer finger))
empty out all non marijuana from the 2 wrap layers (leaves and main paper)
fill the husk with de-seeded, de-stemed, and broken down mary jane
spread the mary jane out evenly in the wrap with a little less near the mouth
then roll the wrap, up and down with your fingers, (thumbs and forefingers) to compress and form the flower bits... (this will make it maintain shape and consistency when you roll it...

now is the time to remove any little stems, leftover seeds, or even add marijuana as needed

then with the mary jane, inside, get it near the bottom of the wrap, then tightly (but not too tightly) roll the marijuana up (like rolling up a carpet, but with something inside) make sure to lick the paper good, but not too wet or it will cause rips and problems, and just keep rolling the blunt up as neat and as tight as you can

the key to it really is practice... learning how hard to roll is a skill... practice practice practice

also a little bit of help; medium sized joints or blunts are the easiest to roll
