Vitamins in soil? Baking Seeds?
The vitamin in B1 and you can buy the liquid version.

The best way is using the paper towel method. Where the paper towel is set on plastic screen holding it above the plate so you have drainage area and the seeds don't set in a pool of water then cover it with foil. That will allow the water that drains into the plate to evaporate back into the paper towel. Then you put the plate on a seed mat and in check it everyday.
Once you have 3/4" or longer tap roots you can move them to your grow medium and burry them about 1" - 1 1/2" deep.
