Smoking before bed?

i smoke at least one j evry nite b4 bed,i find it helps me unwind and helps me sleep better!

I've been dry for 2 days, and its no fun, especially when you make a habit of smoking right before bed.

Did i mention I haven't slept for 2 days?

I smoked a hefty amount last night...fell asleep with the weed on my desk...mom came in my room in the morning and almost saw it...pretty scary...thats the only downfall I have ever experienced. Other than that...the dreams are SICK!! Alice In Wonderland aint got shit on my high nocturnal paradises!

i smoke a couple hit's every night before going to sleep..
have done so for many [ 30+] years
i have never woke up feeling tired or gotten a head ache from doing so..
maybe you could try and smoke a lil less and see how that effect's you

same here i find i sleep a lot better when i have a few bowls or a joint before bed and i wake up feeling good and rested then i usally roll over and twist up a dube and get a nice wake and bake goin
