i think what makes you feel crappy is if you fall asleep with your clothes on. Having clothes on when you sleep wicks moisture out of your body and can make you dehydrated pretty quickly, causing crappy sleep and burnout in the morning. At least that's how it is for me. If I smoke I can go to bed right away as long as i'm in bed and trying to sleep and not just passing out on top of the bed with my clothes on.
