    Just to add, THC is absorbed through your lungs into your bloodstream as soon as you breath it in. Keeping the smoke in any longer only allows the dangerous carcinogens to enter your bloodstream.

    hotboxing i dont think it is its basicly replacing the airflow to you brain and body with THC so itturns making you higher and for holding it in no brain damage unless it was for like 10 mins. straight it would be like drowning
