can anyone tell me what type of plant this is..?
No one can tell you.
When it is in full flower, there might be some tell tale characteristics as to the tgype of strain, but to positivley ID will be difficult.
Looks good though

can anyone tell me what type of plant this is..?
thanks! hey I just wanted to know if you thought they were indica or sativa.
i have more question. I don't have much height space and really can't have them growing over 5 ft. these plants are just over a foot tall. what should I do?
a. Start flowering after labor day weekend? is it true that these qirls are going to double in size in the flowering stage? if so I should start in 2-3 weeks?
b. Wait cause it won't get that tall even if I wait another month?

I cannot say they are INdica strains.
Its rare you grow a strain thats 100% either way unless you specifically designed it as such.
I would say those are closer to 60/40 indica -sativa.
Yes they will double in height...at least...and the more sativa present the more the stretch.
Plan on 2X double in your height for flower stage and make your decision based upon that you should be fine.

i'd agree with you harddon it's not 100% indica ..but i can also say it will be nice to see it grow into a beauty .... i did look up some indica strains at 100% but the price for just 1 pack of them can cost as high 200 bucks a pack !

can anyone tell me what type of plant this is..?
Harddon -- I bought the book you recommended "Indoor Marijuana Horticulture" the indoor bible.
excellent. seriously it answers at least 80-90% of my questions. But I'm still looking for a book that would have everything someone did on a grow from start to finish and know what to expect at a certain stage of the plant growth.
I want to feritlize, but it seems like my plant is growing healty.. should I still fert.?
I appreciatre everyones help. Thanks.

Some will blossom, others will self destruct despite our best intents.
There are peeps here who can review your situation and reccomend their plan of action. As you learn who knows what they're talking you might lean toward their advice.
But, you will get a lot of direct references which make up the fabric itself of the MJ plant growth cycle.
A grow here almost becomes a 'community' grow.......until harvest when the fuckers keep it all to themselves.
Anyhow, if you want more specific help on whether you should feed your healthy plant, more info is needed....what kinda soil and those kinda things.
If a plant is young and robust and is pushing nutes up the stems like a pissing race horse, then you might be wise to fert.
If your plant is at optimal health and the soil or medium is still chock full of goodies, any ferts might alter the balance....
Hope this helps you to understand why a question like the one you asked is good, but you need to kick down with some more info
As for your book, you can read read and read.....
But I would never go to a brain surgeon who had only read a book and watched a step by step pictorial of it do some cutting on my head.
