The other night after a few rips out of a PHX percolator bong in a stoney SC city...

I was eating dinner at a local Chinese place with a buddy of mine. It's a small place and was empty while we were there. Right before our food comes out we start hearing all these cats meow. I'm not joking. At first it was really funny and then after the food arrived it became somewhat less pleasant. I got over it but still... what the fuck??
