floros are good for seedlings and vegs stages i think

Lighting.... in english please hey guys, my first grow seems to be not going so well in the fact that my plants ar about 11 inches tall and only have 4 sets of 3 point leaves ( no digital camera for pictures sorry) but anyway i am pretty sure the problem is with my lighting so i try to do some research on lighting and got toally confused all these CPL's and MH's and stuff pretty much the only thing i understood was wattage. so basically i am just wondering if someone could explain good lighting to me. do standard Rating: 5
