Just a little light hearted thread, nothing heavy or serious

Ok, now for the past few weeks I've been hanging around the growing section of these boards. I've posted a few pics and told a little of my growing methods, which a pretty basic but they work for me

One thing I have noticed without any doubt whatsoever is the passion you guys have for you're plants.
You care for them in every way possible, making sure that they get the best of everything, you worry about them, you give them names.
When there sick you nurse them, and no exspense is spared on there comfort and well being.

Can I just ask one question guys? .......Do you give you're Wives, Girlfriends, Partners the same amount of passion, care and love that you give to you're plants?

Believe me if a guy showed me that much care and attention, well lets just say I'd be more than pleased

Glad to have you back, i have no interest in growing at the moment, so never visit the grow section.. I may be up for growing when i get my own house/move out

i did grow once, and yes i loved that thing like no other, fuck i would sit there stoned talking to the plants lol. Ive been with my gf now almost...10 months sept 14th i give her way more attetion then anything. Its okay tho because all i want is to give her all my attetion.

I don't have a wife, girlfriend or partner at this time so I can't comment on that Mand. I do though have my daughter and I can tell you that I'd go yank every plant I have out of the ground in a split second for her if it would help her. I'd leave them to burn up under the lights if it would mean I could spend time with her instead of these plants. Let them starve till they were shriveled up little sticks. A plant, even though some on these boards make them sound as if they're the most important thing in their lives, is just a plant. And in this instance...just a weed.

The feelings and compassion and support we show for our families and friends and fellow humans is what's important in this life. To put something in front of that can only be construed as ridiculous and more than anything, self-centered.

I like your new pic Mand. Need to toss that flash though because you are a truly beautiful woman and obviously in more ways than just looks.

Hello Marc what lovely sentiments love
I'll admit I like a smoke (probably smoke far too much when I do) been doing it for enough years now to say that.
However if needed to, I'd bin them all and never grow again for my family.
My children and my grandchild are really all I'm about now, they are part of me, they have simply been my life since they were born.

Oh toss the flash and reveal my wrinkles ..............when get to old to care prehaps, but not just yet
