Wanna help a fellow smoker out?

Ok yall, its like this... I want an avatar, but everything i got says that its too big. Does anyone know how to make an avatar that fits from a pic, or maybe lend a brothah a tight avatar? Ive been wanting one forever but i CANNOT find one that works. I know the "lending" part is unoriginal, but....I REALLY REALLY WANT A DAMN AVATAR!!!! Can anyone help me out? Thanks much-emtpockets

load your pictures onto www.photobucket.com and then click edit once its loaded and reduce the size ot get a pic. and go to paint, then jsut make the pic. smaller in size but that will shrink the intire picture and not jsut the make everything smaller
