 Worried about your memory?right on ..a idle mind is a useless mind....and exercise does help with memory....i had a work related injury a few yrs back and was stuck in bed for like 8 weeks and by the end of that period my mind had turned to mush from constant use of pain killers.. and television... the more you just sit around in front of that idiot box and veg out the more your brain is going to shut down...lack of good mental stimulation and physical movement will do far more damage to your memory than cannibis ever will....
