Naw, first we need to go after a bunch of people listening to psyche music on someones private property, even though they have all permits to required to operate and are taking all necessary safety precautions. You see, there just might be people there selling drugs, in possession of drugs or possibly even...under the influence of them! Drugs, weapons of mass destruction, it's all the same to us. These are dangerous biotoxic brain altering chemicals, capable of letting a person think god knows what. If they want to get altered they can hit up a local bar, get drunk and black out. (Presuming they are 21 and drive responsibly.)

Next we're hitting the public schools, notorious for kids selling and doing drugs. We'll just bust in there with our guns drawn, demand every student in the hall keep their mouth shut and go over them with the dogs; standard military anti-druggie protocol.

Guess it's time to stop them pesky liberal 'medical' marijuana hippies. Medicine or not, marijuana is as tightly controlled as methamphetamine...well, actually meth has an accepted medical usage so pot is definately much worse.
