How big is your room?

You want no less than 2800 Lumens per sq foot and 5000 per sq. is ok, but, ideally 7000 or more is what the plants needs.

At 3200 lumens you can grow a portion of a plant. IF ALL THE LIGHTS ARE ON HER AND HER ALONE.

Not trying to be a dick, just asking you if you have thought this out.

4 20W flo's just arent going to make you happy and you have some very nice seeds you are going to grow but the yelid will be sadly low. UGLY LOW.

And also, I think your box is lying to you. A 20W flo will NOT put out a true 900 lumens of light. It might say 20W = 60W equal to 900 lumens.

Also, what is the Kelvin temp of the bulbs? I can assure you a 20W has a kelvin of standard 2500 or less...unless they are FULL SPECTRUMS, which at 20W is very difficult to do...they are out there but no more expensive that heavier duty 50W CFLS.

This wont cut it either.

In my own opinion, I would:

Either get some real CFLS, or,
TRIPLE your current lighting setup, or,
Use your 400W HPS as your base light until you can do either of the above.

Yes, you can grow what you want. but they will be stick plants with a few fan leaves every 4 inches and almost zero secondaries growing.

Sorry bro but you dropped the ball on the lighting situation entirely.

You just really underestimated the light you need.

I would again calculate the bare minimum lighting requirements and then assess your sq ft and see for yourself.

I will help if I can, but please, dont try your new seeds with only those lights.

You wont be happy and neither will your kush....

I placed the two strains between seperate paper towels around 5 pm today, they are sitting on saucers in top of the grow closet... its 8:42 now im going to give them a lil' water around 12 and call it day.. hopefully to be greeted by some newborns in the morning :) i will create my log after the first day of 18/6 Rating: 5
