well, it sounds like it all depends on the cleansing thing.... I have passed a test with nothing but niacin, exersise, and vitamin b12... and lots of water of course....

If u drink enough water, the percentage of actual urine in it is very low... since you didnt drink that much right before the test, that doesnt matter. Pissing 10 times before the test is definately good.

Post what kind of cleanser and maybe someone who knows the brands can tell u

Had not smoked 8 days prior to the test, smoked about three bowls in the two weeks before. I am 5'8 160 and exercise 5 times a week (about 20 miles on treadmill) sat in the sauna twice last week and sweated my ass off! Drank a lot of water (about 3 gallons the three days before test), had about 32 oz of cranberry juice and because I had already bought it drank a cleansing drink with creatine.
