SEALED room w/ portable a/c do I vent?

My sealed room is small but I still need a portable ac to deal with the sealed room temp of 2x600w + 320w in the mother room. There seems to be an exhaust on the portable a/c - I am assuming this is to vent outside the room - since its very hot air. I found a Danby that has an vent in and vent out - dual exhuast. What do I do - does venting the ac break the seal? I would think so. Any help to clarify this before I spend the cash. Rating: 5
