bruiser need help

mate im having troulbe geting my clones to root useing a turbo tank with clones [8] rasied above so i get a lot of humidety but thay have been in there for 9 days water temp 23 rockwool cubs just moist not soaking wet
any help would be great

did they root?... let the cubes become almost dry... sometime when the cubes are to wet the roots will just stay inside.. they have no nee3d to go out and search for water..
