Hot Rod is a Mexican Hairless that their roommate (a vet's assistant) knocked out and they tattooed a flame job onto. They were almost sued by some animal rights group when they found out, but the court threw it out so they are fine. He doesn't even notice it, and supposedly, he was fine right after they did it.
