I agree it does 'look' cool but damn thats fuckin ignorant. In my country they would have the dog taken away immediately, and the vet tech would have a hard time keeping their job. Its a tough call how the courts would handle it though. Pets are still considered posessions in the eyes of the law.
In my town/area they would be beaten for it.
People around here are violent towards people exposed for animal cruelty.

I was thinkin the same thing. What a juvenile job. You know how you see those dogs with knitted ugly ass sweaters and you just know the other dogs ridicule them...well I imagine this dog gets respect when he walks down the street. (jk)
