Those, however, are not. Plus that's an ugly dog. Most of the time animal rights activists just make me angry. How about we solve the problems of humans (i.e. homelessness and poverty) before we start worrying about less intelligent animals. I'm not saying I don't like animals, I love most of them..but I think we need to solve our problems first.

Hot Rod is a Mexican Hairless that their roommate (a vet's assistant) knocked out and they tattooed a flame job onto. They were almost sued by some animal rights group when they found out, but the court threw it out so they are fine. He doesn't even notice it, and supposedly, he was fine right after they did it. excellent point to consider
I dont respect the ears and tails being cropped but it IS accepted practice and you cant even show your dob or rotty professioonally unless you do mangle its ears and tail.
